Eoin Finn is a globally celebrated yogi, surfer, thought leader, and founder of Blissology. With a career spanning over three decades, Eoin has been carving a unique path through the worlds of yoga, philosophy, physiology, and movement since 1989. His teachings blend soulful science with yogic wisdom, offering a refreshingly practical yet deeply spiritual approach to life and yoga.

Eoin’s studies include philosophy at Dalhousie University, anatomy and physiology at Harvard Medical School, and exercise physiology at the University of California, Berkeley. Named one to watch by Oprah, his pioneering spirit and innovative teachings “refresh like cool water.” His new book, Yoga Optimized, encapsulates his legacy of integrating biomechanics, movement, and soulful practice.

A passionate ocean activist, Eoin founded the Blissology EcoKarma project in 2014, uniting yoga and environmental activism to protect coral reefs and foster a deeper connection to nature. He believes that true bliss can be found in quiet solitude with nature and lives on Canada’s west coast, where he continues to surf, teach, and inspire.
