Join us on the pristine East Bali coast for an immersion in nature and a return to who You truly are. This retreat is the perfect balance of time to yourself to be in quiet reflection & connecting with like-minded souls on the path. We set the intention to restore the balance within through the flow of our day which has been carefully designed to nourish you with Ayurvedic wisdom, deep Yoga & meditation practises & gut-loving, nutrient-dense meals to make you feel amazing.
Each day will include workshops to enhance your knowledge of wellbeing protocols to support your daily life from purification rituals, understanding your dosha (body-mind constitution), food as medicine, cyclical living, sleep hygiene and even sacred sexuality, intimacy & conscious relationships - all through the lens of the nature-based modality of Ayurveda. We will also make dedicated time to enhance your self-knowledge, through the paths of bhakti, jhana and karma yoga, taking us from recognising our deepest desires to actualising our life's work. Our morning embodiment practices will be enjoyed on the mat and extend beyond the shala as we soak in the power and beauty of nature herself, reminding us that we are an inseparable part of her magical ecosystem.

Amanda Noga is a Yoga and Ayurveda teacher, benevolent leader, and passionate advocate for women’s empowerment. Her journey with yoga began as a teenager, but it was her solo travels to India in 2005 that unlocked the deeper dimensions of the practice, shaping her understanding of the world and her role within it. Since then, Amanda has returned to India almost every year, deepening her studies with senior teachers and immersing herself in the source traditions of yoga.
Her formal training includes extensive studies in Hatha-Vinyasa, Prana Vinyasa, Kriya Yoga, and Tantric Meditation under renowned teachers such as Shiva Rea, Mark Whitwell, and Sally Kempton. She has completed silent meditation retreats, martial arts training, and advanced Ayurveda studies, integrating these practices into her holistic approach.
Amanda’s teaching journey has taken her from founding Yoga Alchemy in Australia to leading retreats and trainings across the globe, from Costa Rica to Nepal, Bali, and India. She is also the visionary behind Flow Festival, a celebration of yoga, music, and wisdom traditions, and the founder of Karma Collab, a social enterprise dedicated to uplifting women through education.
For Amanda, yoga is more than a practice—it is a way of creating conscious community and collaboration, bringing meaning and connection to life itself. Teaching and sharing in this way is her deepest joy and privilege.
With Amanda, expect to explore the synergy of movement, breath, and philosophy, engaging in a practice that inspires self-inquiry, empowerment, and connection to the greater whole.

Marc combines breath-led flow with fun and soulful exploration of yoga. Marc found the precise nature of this spiritual science offered a direct means of liberating the mind from unconscious patterns as well as a practical, reliable way of realizing the body is our vehicle for connecting with our true nature and truly connecting with others.
Growing up in New Mexico, Marc was first introduced to yoga as a young soccer player. After moving to England to play professionally he started using the poses he could remember to enhance his game and keep injuries at bay. It wasn’t until years later, while working as a sports therapist when the penny dropped and he saw how this yogic technology could help his clients get to the root of their physical and mental ailments.
Over the last 10 years Marc has dedicated his life to sharing yoga; from dynamic classes in London’s top studios, soul-quenching retreats across India and Europe to the picturesque bamboo shalas of Bali - the place he now calls home. Marc now offers weekly classes online on Glo (@yogaglo) & is a beloved teacher at The Path.
His passion and curiosity for exploring our human potential brings a freshness and vibrancy to each class. He is truly in his element while teaching and has an infectious enthusiasm for the deeper aspects of philosophy and relationships. Marc’s genuine love and care for people allows students to feel safe and dissolve limiting beliefs. The experience is a quest of self discovery to unlock our personal power to reach beyond the status quo.
